We use a custom application to provide real time rates for shipping from Canada post. This is provided at check out when you supply the shipping address.
By doing this we are trying not to provide a flat rate shipping where we bill you for more shipping than is necessary.
Furthermore with Canada Post we use Express post with a signature and tracking information. This tracking information is not provided to the client unless asked for.
At present we only ship to Canada, United States and United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your package is lost and tracking shows that it was not delivered within 90 days of purchase, we will initiate a claim with Canada post, to recover shipping costs and the cost of replacement or refund for the lost product.
If the product is delivered damaged, then the client is responsible for providing proof that the product was damaged in transit. We require proof of damage to start a claim with Canada post.
Once the claim is successful with Canada post the client will be given the option of a full refund including shipping or whether a replacement product is shipped to them.
