Thanks for shopping at our site, Jardene Photography. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
All that we ask for is that a reason is provided for why your purchase did not satisfy you.
Return Procedure
Reply to your order confirmation email from our store to request a return for a purchased product. Your email and address must match the order.
We will send you a shipping label with our address on it. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Send all required items back to us in their original packaging using the label provided.

Returns
You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your return will not be affected by delivery delays if it was mailed before 90 calendar days. We will require tracking information to be emailed to us along with proof of shipping.
Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs a receipt or proof of purchase.
If a shipment is lost or damaged, we will either refund it with a store credit or provide a replacement at our cost. We will require proof of damage.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be returned however it depends on the method used for payment. For credit cards usually the refund appears within 5 to 7 business days, but it can take longer.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, both to and from your location, are not refundable.
If you are in Canada, the cost of the product includes shipping costs, and a refund will have those shipping costs deducted from your refund.
